Fixed Camera
Small camera, strong performance: R. STAHL's fixed cameras of the EC-710 product group have a diameter of only 55 mm, making them the smallest explosion-protected cameras worldwide. Because these tiny cameras are available in 7 versions with different viewing angles, an optimum solution can be found for every situation arising from monitoring corners and details as part of the process surveillance. The hygienic stainless-steel enclosure makes it ideal for inspection window monitoring in the pharmaceutical industry. At the same time they are extremely robust, seawater-proof and have degree of protection IP69K, thus making it particularly suitable for offshore surveillance systems on drilling rigs, for example for rigfloor or crane monitoring.
Zoom Camera
Our portfolio of AFZ cameras includes versions with ATEX, IECEx or NEC, CEC, EAC (TR) certifications, as well as versions with Lloyd's certification for installation onboard ships.
Many of our cameras feature a low-light technology for providing images in darkness, as well as the WDR functionality to balance extreme light contrasts, and a Defog mode. The result are crystal-clear images. All models are equipped with a high zoom function (up to 32x optical zoom) for an excellent detailed view.
They can all be operated in extreme temperatures, with a maximum range of -55 °C to +65 °C, depending on the version.
All zoom cameras are protected inside a high-quality, electropolished stainless-steel enclosure and are certified at least according to IP66.
PTZ Camera
The variety of PTZ cameras from R. STAHL makes them versatile surveillance cameras for a great many tasks. PTZ stands for "pan / tilt / zoom", and these functions make the camera particularly suitable for flexible and close monitoring of large areas. Objects of particular interests can be zoomed in on and are always clearly visible thanks to the autofocus function. The IP cameras with full HD (1080P) provide images of particularly high quality. The dome cameras are available as analogue or IP model, and with 18x or 40x zoom. All cameras are ATEX and IECEx certified. The EC-940-PTZ is also available with NEC and CEC certificate.
Thermal Imaging Camera
By interpreting infrared radiation in the monitored hazardous areas, R. STAHL's EC-840S thermal imaging cameras can detect changes in processes and leakages. All camera models are equipped with a manually adjustable thermography function for a clear graphic depiction, and are suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 °C to +65 °C. This makes these state-of-the-art surveillance cameras versatile in their application in surveillance system solutions, for example for refineries or pharmaceutical production. The various camera versions are available as analogue devices (PAL, NTSC) or as IP cameras (ONVIF S) and with resolutions of 336 x 256 or 640 x 512 pixels. This way, you will always find the right thermal imaging camera for your purposes.
